The latest results included a series of high-grade intercepts which extended mineralisation to the north and east of the 782,000 ounces Mulga Bill-Eaglehawk resource.

Standout intercepts at Mulga Bill East included 18m at 7.36g/t Au from 120m, 6m at 14.8g/t Au from 265m, and 2m at 13.3g/t Au from 102m, stretching the mineralised horizon by 400m.

At Eaglehawk, the drilling served up 7m at 14.5g/t Au from 56m, 0.64m at 82.8g/t Au from 265.36m, and 4m at 9.12g/t Au from 80m.

Management said the combined Mulga Bill-Eaglehawk deposit now extends over a combined strike length of 2.5km.

Metallurgical drilling at the nearby Ironbark deposit also intersected a high-grade zone, returning 5.89m at 18.1g/t Au from 122.8m

The overall resource inventory at Side Well totals about 1Moz of gold, with drilling ongoing.

Great Boulder’s tenure in the Murchison goldfields also includes its Peak Hill gold project, adding another 481,000 ounces to its resource base.

Two RC rigs are currently pumping out the metres as part of a 40,000m planned drill program at Peak Hill.

Other regional gold targets are also being tested with the drill bit.
