The company reported maiden lithium drilling at Mons had intersected pegmatites “below signficant lithium soil anomalies (up to 232ppm Li₂O) at the South Lake and Royale prospects”.

The Mons pegmatites were intersected in eight holes over 1.3km strike [at South Lake] and in four holes over 640m at [Royale], with assays expected inside the next fortnight.

Nimy has previously noted “Wesfarmers’ world-class Earl Grey lithium project is located south along strike from (Mons) at Forrestania … (and) was discovered based on a soil response of plus-60ppm”.

Nimy started the quarter with A$2.4 million cash.
